STANDARDThe power window harness along with all the other wiring in your 1961 or 1962 Chevrolet Bel Air, Biscayne or Impala should be replaced. Why, you ask? Original wiring can be downright dangerous when paired with some of the new electronics of today and high amp alternators. The original wiring harnesses were never meant to handle high amperages we deal with today. Don't trust your 1961-1962 Chevy Impala, Bel Air or Biscayne to an old wiring harness wrapped up with electrical tape and spliced.
