This turn signal lever with black knob is designed for 1960 Chevrolet Corvair models, 1959-1960 full-size Chevrolet vehicles including Biscayne, Bel Air, and Impala, and 1960 Chevrolet and GMC C/K pickup and Suburban trucks. Installed on the steering column, this lever operates the turn signal switch assembly while providing the factory-style appearance used in early GM steering columns. Manufactured to factory-style specifications with a black knob, it serves as an OEM-style replacement for worn, broken, or missing original turn signal levers during steering column repair or classic restoration.
Auto Metal Direct is a team of true car guys with years of experience in sheet metal reproduction, car restoration and paint/body work. We believe that quality is not subjective! Our mission is to provide the best customer experience for the Ford, Mopar and GM classic car markets - both in products and in service.
Our panels are made from proper gauge steel and include all correct-as-original clips, tabs, flanges, bends and seams. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
