Reproduction of the original tailgate latch rods designed for the tailgate on 1976-86 Chevrolet and GMC C/K pickups, and 1987-91 Chevrolet and GMC R/V pickup. Also fits 1981 Blazer/Jimmy models with folding top. This latch set includes both RH and LH rods. Manufactured in stamped steel with the correct bends and appropriate length, this rod set is designed 1976 2nd design (late) style with the stud for the end gate link assembly. The earlier 1976 models with first design rods did not feature a stud. This set features the stud, as required for later model second design 1976 tailgates.
