Reproduction of the original tailgate assembly designed for use with 1977-1980 Chevrolet Pickup trucks, and 1977-1980 Blazer models without removable hardtop. Each tail gate panel is manufactured in stamped steel to original factory specifications featuring correct contours for an authentic appearance and fit. Features factory gauge metal and correct "CHEVROLET" lettering stamped into the back of the tailgate same as original. Comes with a black EDP coating for rust and corrosion prevention.

Blazer/Jimmy Fitment Note: May also work for converting Blazer/Jimmy removeable hardtop models to soft top. When installing a C/K Pickup truck tailgate on your Blazer/Jimmy, you may require various truck tailgate mounting parts, sold separately. Remember, when using this tailgate on your Blazer or Jimmy, you will not have the roll-up rear window glass found on the Blazer/Jimmy with factory removable hardtop.
Application Notes: This tail gate was also used on later model second design 1976 models, for the first design 1976 tailgate use part # part 345806.
