Direct-fit right-hand roof rail weatherstrip for 1969–1972 Chevrolet Blazer that restores the roof-channel seal, prevents water intrusion, and reduces wind noise. This RWR 1110 69 style seal is molded to match the original profile for proper trim alignment and reliable long-term performance. Made from durable, weather-resistant elastomer, it provides UV and ozone resistance for corrosion-free sealing and is ideal for restoration projects or replacing worn, cracked seals to maintain interior dryness and reduce vibration.
Features:
  • Fits 1969-1972 Chevrolet Blazer — right-hand (passenger side) roof rail weatherstrip, RWR 1110 69.
  • Premium weather-resistant elastomer construction (EPDM-style) for long service life.
  • Seals roof rail to prevent water leaks, road noise, and wind intrusion.
  • Restores original trim alignment and secures glass/trim channels.
  • Direct-fit replacement for easy restoration or routine maintenance.
  • UV- and ozone-resistant formulation reduces cracking and shrinkage over time.
  • Simple installation with basic tools; designed for a snug, lasting fit.
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 2/5
  • Estimated time: 30-60 minutes
Suggested Tools:
  • Flat plastic trim tool or panel remover
  • Phillips/flat screwdriver (if trim fasteners present)
  • Rubbing alcohol or adhesive cleaner
  • Clean lint-free cloths
  • Weatherstrip adhesive (if required)
  • Masking tape or painter's tape
  • Rubber mallet or soft-faced hammer
  • Utility knife or scissors
  • Measuring tape
Instructions:
  1. Park vehicle on a level surface and lower windows (if applicable) to access the roof rail channel.
  2. Remove any interior trim, drip rail, or fasteners that obstruct the roof rail weatherstrip using a trim tool and screwdriver; keep hardware organized.
  3. Carefully pull out the old weatherstrip; use a trim tool to disengage any clips. If stuck, cut the old seal into sections for easier removal.
  4. Clean the roof rail channel thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or adhesive cleaner to remove old adhesive, dirt, and oil; allow the area to dry completely.
  5. Test-fit the new right-hand weatherstrip along the roof rail to confirm orientation and end-to-end length; trim excess only if necessary.
  6. Apply weatherstrip adhesive sparingly to the channel or seal per adhesive manufacturer instructions (many seals are also designed to press-fit without adhesive).
  7. Starting at the front, press the new weatherstrip into the channel, aligning any bulb or flange features; use a rubber mallet or gloved hand to seat the seal uniformly along the rail.
  8. Temporarily secure the seal with masking tape if adhesive is used; reinstall any removed trim or fasteners and ensure proper alignment.
  9. Allow adhesive to cure per instructions (if used), then remove temporary tape and inspect for gaps. Test for proper sealing by checking for even compression and by confirming windows/doors operate without interference.
