A direct-fit heater blower motor-to-firewall seal for 1959–1962 full‑size Chevrolet cars. This molded rubber gasket creates a tight barrier between the heater blower motor and the firewall opening to prevent air leaks, reduce noise and vibration, and keep road and engine odors, dust, and moisture out of the passenger compartment. Designed for restoration and maintenance projects, the seal improves HVAC performance, prolongs blower motor life by cushioning and aligning the motor, and offers long-lasting resistance to heat, oil and weathering. Easy to install as part of a blower motor service or replacement.
Features:
- Fits 1959-1962 Full-Size Chevrolet models (Impala, Bel Air, Biscayne and other full-size variants).
- Molded rubber construction provides durable, flexible sealing against air, dust and moisture intrusion.
- Reduces blower motor vibration and cabin noise by cushioning and aligning the motor against the firewall.
- Restoration-grade replacement that restores original HVAC sealing and improves heating/ventilation efficiency.
- Simple retrofit design for direct replacement of worn or missing seals; resists heat, oil and common garage chemicals.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 15-30 minutes
Instructions:
- Disconnect battery (recommended) and remove any trim or panels required for blower motor access.
- Unplug electrical connector(s) and remove blower motor mounting screws or bolts; carefully lower the blower motor from the firewall.
- Remove the old seal and clean the firewall opening and blower motor flange with solvent to remove dirt, grease and old gasket material.

- If desired, apply a light bead of gasket adhesive to help hold the seal during reinstallation (optional).
- Reinstall the blower motor, secure mounting screws or bolts, and reconnect electrical connector(s).
