Precision Cargo Door Glass Weatherstrip Seal WBL 0060/61 is a high-quality, direct-fit weatherseal designed to seal cargo door glass openings where a trim groove is not required. It provides a watertight, dustproof barrier that prevents leaks, reduces wind noise and vibration, and protects glass edges from chipping. Constructed from durable automotive-grade rubber, this seal restores door weatherproofing and improves long-term reliability while being straightforward to install during restoration or replacement projects.

- Seals glass to prevent water intrusion, dust entry, and wind noise.
- Helps protect glass edges from damage and reduces vibration.
- Easy to install for restoration or replacement of worn factory seals.
- Restores proper door weatherproofing and improves cabin comfort.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 15-30 minutes per door
Instructions:
- Open the cargo door and, if necessary, remove any interior trim to access the glass channel.
- Carefully remove the old weatherstrip by prying it out of the channel; use a plastic trim tool to avoid scratching.
- Clean the channel thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and a clean cloth; remove adhesive residue and debris.
- Test-fit the new seal along the channel to ensure correct orientation and length.
- Apply a light coat of soapy water or silicone lubricant to the channel and the seal to aid installation.
- Starting at one corner, press the new weatherstrip into the channel, working around the perimeter and seating it fully as you go.
- Trim any excess material with a utility knife for a clean finish and ensure continuous contact with the glass.
- Cycle the glass slowly to confirm smooth operation and a proper seal; reinstall interior trim if removed.
