Instructions:
- Lower the window to a position that allows access to the channel ends.
- Remove the door panel and any inner water shield or trim obstructing the channel.
- Carefully detach the old glass run channel from the door frame using a trim tool or screwdriver; remove any retaining clips or adhesives.
- Clean the channel mounting area with rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth, removing old adhesive or debris.
- Test-fit the new channel into the door frame to confirm orientation (left or right).
- Slide or press the new channel into place, ensuring the reinforced spine seats fully into the door channel. Use a rubber mallet gently if required.
- Reinstall any retaining clips or apply automotive adhesive/sealant where needed per product guidance.
- Operate the window slowly to confirm smooth travel and proper seal engagement. Adjust seating if necessary.
- Reassemble the inner water shield and door panel. Recheck window operation and sealing for leaks or wind noise.
